CHARACTERISTICS
Perfopol supplies screens and screen inserts for most available machines. At the customer’s request, we measure used screens, create documentation and make new, custom-fitted, ready-made screens for shredders. We show attention to detail and guarantee premium quality of our products, giving you the assurance that the supplied products will serve you for a long time.STANDARD SCREEN MATERIALS
As a standard, the screens can be made of:- SStructural steel (S235, S355)
- HARDOX steel (400, 450, 500, 550)
- Stainless steel (304/304L, 316L, 316Ti, 321))
PERFORATION
Thanks to our extensive machinery and in-house tool shop, we are able to perform almost any perforation. In addition to the standard options, we also provide custom designs and dimensions as needed.Possible hole designs include:
- CCylindrical (round)
- Square
- Hexagonal
- Rectangular
- Oblong
