Metal machining

  • Cutting and stamping on CNC turret press FINN POWER . Sheets with a thickness up to 5 mm and a maximum size of 1250x2500 to 5000 mm. Press force 30T.
  • Cutting with guillotines thickness up to 13 mm. Cutting length up to 3000 mm.
  • Bending on CNC presses Thickness from 0.5 to 5 mm. The length of the bending up to 4000 mm.
  • Cutting and stampingwith eccentric and hydraulic presses with force up to 160 tons.
  • Rollers up to 16 mm and lengths up to 3000 mm

Machining

Lathe CNC controlled type TUR MN 630x3000:
  • length between centers - 3000 mm
  • maximum diameter over bed - 630 mm
  • maximum diameter over cross slide - 380 mm
  • distance between centers 4000 mm mounting
  • maximum workpiece weight between centers 2500 kg
  • Maximum weight of workpiece (clamping the handle) 600 kg
CNC milling machining center CME type FS - 4:
  • work surface - 3100x1000 mm
  • shifts:
    X = 3000 mm
    Y = 1200 mm
    Z = 1500 mm
  • maximum workpiece weight 6500 kg.
  • work head swivel double indexed at 2.5 degrees
  • the accuracy of the machine:
    positioning + / - 0.005 mm.
    the repeatability of + / - 0.005 mm.
HAAS VF-7/50
Lathe - Maximum workpiece dimensions ø = 380 mm , L = 4000 mm .

Drilling
  • the drill jig b = 630 mm , L = 1000 mm workpiece weight up to 400 kg,
  • the radial drill WR 50/1,6.
Milling - Maximum workpiece dimensions b = 400 mm, h = 400 mm, L = 1250 mm.

Grinding:
  • flat - maximum workpiece dimensions b = 315 mm, h = 250 mm, L = 1500 mm,
  • the clock ø 250x800 mm .
Surfacing - Maximum workpiece dimensions b = 750 mm, h = 500 mm, L = 4000 mm workpiece weight up to 3.5 tonnes.

Slotting: - Maximum workpiece dimensions Ø = 1000 mm, pitch slider h = 250 mm.

Milling:
  • Milling cylindrical gears spur and helical m = 1 to 5;
  • Maximum wheel diameter ø = 400 mm.
Heat Treatment:
  • hardening
  • carburizing
